If you can log into Mercury, but can't load the following, then this could indicate that your firewall is blocking some essential ports.
These are the IP's, ports and domains which need to be allowed in order for Mercury AND Mercury Emails to function correctly. Please pass the following details on to your IT team, and they can allow optimum Mercury access.

Mercury session expiry times
browser - warning 55 min, expiry 1 hr
desktop - warning 235 min, expiry 4 hr
Note : You will not be able to login from Hong Kong, Russia, China or the Ukraine as the ip addresses from these nations are blocked for security reasons.
In order to connect from these locations you would need to use a VPN or remote into a computer in an allowed location.
