Password Assistance is available if you forget your password, or become locked out due to too many incorrect password attempts.
About Mercury Passwords
You need to have a mobile number and valid email address entered into your Mercury user account for this to work. If you do not have a mobile number entered in Mercury, ask someone with Partner level access in your company to do the following:
Open Mercury >> ADMIN >> Manage Users>> Manage Existing Users>> Double click on your name>> Click "Set Password">> Enter in your new password>> Enter your mobile number >> Click Save.
The helpdesk do not store passwords on their system. If a password has been forgotten it needs to be reset via the automated Mercury Password Reset process below.
Resetting your password
Click Trouble logging in? at the login screen.
Follow the prompts, which will ask you to enter your CA number (eg CA12345), and email address.
Click Send SMS Verification Code which will send a text message containing the verification code to your mobile phone.
Enter the verification code and click OK
An email will then be sent to you, which will allow you to access Mercury and set a new password.
