Mercury Access Levels give users access to the various parts of Mercury. The tables below explain the access and restrictions for each type of role.
Types of access levels
There are 3 main levels of access that you can grant users in Mercury:

Mercury access - the most basic level of access commonly used for admin staff.

Admin access - used for staff who assist a loan writer.

Partner Level access - used for staff overseeing the entire Mercury set up.
There are 2 additional access levels related to Commissions:

Lodgements and Enquiries

Commissions.
The access levels have further restrictions placed on them from within a Virtual Branch. Refer to Virtual Branches.
