Tasks are useful to remind yourself or others of an event.
- In the CRM tab, select Tasks in the left-hand panel.
- Select your search criteria in the Search Settings section:
- View your tasks, or another user's tasks, by choosing their name in the Delegate drop-down menu.
- Tick Displayed in Calendar to view only the tasks listed in the calendar. The dates are un-editable on this screen
- Tick Completed to view either outstanding tasks or completed tasks. View either Outstanding or Completed
- Click on Edit this task to edit the details. All task details can be edited from here. Attachments can be added from the tab.
- Overdue tasks are highlighted in red.
View tasks in your calendar
In the CRM tab, select Calendar in the left-hand panel.
Similar to an Outlook or Google calendar, just double click at the relevant time and date to create a new event.
All task details can be edited from here, including start and end time. Attachments can be added from the Attachments tab.
