Data transfer - Please read carefully
We can either do a Partial Transfer (move data from a virtual branch) or a Full CRM Data Transfer (move all data from the source company).
Please note:

It is important to change the CA number of all staff associated with the data (even if they will have the same names).

We cannot transfer the following data:
- Document Templates
- List Editor Lists
- No Admin data can be moved with a Partial Transfer

Please select only the items that you want us to transfer (don't just tick all of the boxes).

There is a $300+GST fee for this transfer which will be automatically billed or deducted from the destination company.

The data is moved (not copied) and the moved data will not be available for the original company.
- Any outstanding Compliance Corrective Actions must be completed before the data can be transferred.

This is a transfer of ownership of data and this can only be reversed if both parties agree (there will be another $300+GST charge).

Data Transfers take a week to action after we have received the completed form.
- Data Transfers cannot be run during normal business hours.
- This is ONLY CRM data. This will not transfer commissions in any way.

We cannot transfer Apply Online data where the records are moving to a different broker.

The Data Transfer form will need to be sent to the Helpdesk from the Principal owner of the data (where the data is currently stored). The form will not be accepted if sent from any other user.

This form needs to be completed and signed by both parties. Please send this form to the Helpdesk once completed.
