Mercury "An error has occurred" Alert
If you have clicked on the Apply Online link from your Dashboard or through the opportunity, and see the following error message:
Please submit a helpdesk ticket or start a chat with our helpdesk team or email helpdesk@connective.com.au to have this issue resolved.
AOL “Permission” Error
If you have clicked on the Edit ApplyOnline Application button in an opportunity and see the following error message:
Frequently you get this error due to permission restrictions.
Please contact someone in your Parent company who has partner level access and request for "Admin" access.
If you got Admin access and still getting the error, please contact Mercury Helpdesk
