If you decide to cease business arrangements with Connective then there is a requirement to provide us with 30 days written notice for your resignation. If you are a full member agreement holder (director/principal) and you are terminating your agreement with us or one of your associates is leaving your business written notification will be required.
Written notification should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also send notification to your Broker Support Manager.
Part of the resignation process is to conduct an exit audit of random files within Mercury. Everything relating to a client’s application needs to be in Mercury before you leave us.
Compliance and Supporting Documentation
As per your mandatory requirements since being appointed as a Connective Credit Representative all compliance and supporting documentation must be held within each client file in Mercury. This provides evidence that you are meeting your responsible lending obligations and compliance requirements.
Where we are missing information we will provide you with some corrective actions via Mercury. Each corrective action must be resolved by loading the required documentation/information into Mercury. Once you have completed the corrective actions please respond to email@example.com advising that all corrective actions have been completed. We will then ensure each corrective action has been processed correctly. Once we ensure your account is up to date and all corrective actions have been completed the resignation process can be finalised by the required date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to resign you until all corrective actions have been completed. Delays in not completing the corrective actions may result in additional fees and charges as outlined in your Connective agreement.
Letter of Resignation
A separation letter can be provided upon request by your new aggregator.
