You can nominate lenders for which you would like to be notified via email when we process a commission statement.
To set up Commission Notifications in Mercury:
- You need Commissions access to set up Commission Notifications in Mercury. Refer to Editing and Disabling Users.
- Refer to the Commissions app, select Notifications on the panel of tabs
- Click the relevant option for each lender:
- Every Statement - You will receive notification whenever we process a statement from that lender.
- Only Relevant Statements - You will only receive notification when the statement has an upfront commission that is allocated to you.
