Most Apply Online issues occur in Internet Explorer, which is notorious for experiencing problems with both Apply Online, and Lender websites. Internet Explorer issues

Enabling Internet Explorer
Apply Online have advised that the following features need to be ENABLED in Internet Explorer for their forms to work:
- Open Apply Online in Internet Explorer.
- Click on the Settings icon in the top right hand of the screen.
- Select Manage Add-ons
- Select Toolbars and Extensions.
- Click the Show drop-down box and select All add-ons.
- Select XML DOM Document and click Close.
- Click on the Settings icon in the top right hand of the screen.
- Select Safety.
- Select ActiveX Filtering.
- If these options fail, after consulting your IT team, you could try to reset your Internet Explorer settings.
- If you are unable to resolve the issue, just submit a helpdesk ticket and we will work with you to find a resolution.
