Submit a Commission Enquiry if your commissions have not arrived, or are incorrect. Commission Enquries go directly to our Commissions Team, who will investigate them for you.
Raising a Commission Enquiry via the Helpdesk
- Click the Help button to access the Help Center.
- Type Commissions and hit the Enter key
- You will be provided with suggested articles that may help you with your enquiry:
- If you are unable to find what you need in the suggested articles, then click on Get more help
- Select Submit a ticket
- Select Commissions
- Complete the required fields and hit send
NOTE: If you cannot access the Helpdesk for any reason, you can email commissions@connective.com.au and this will create a ticket for you.
Commission Enquiry about trail commissions
- In the Commissions tab select Loan Accounts from the left-hand panel.
- Highlight the relevant Loan Account.
- Click New Commission Enquiry.
- Fill out the details of your enquiry and click Submit.
Commission Enquiry about Upfront Commissions
- In the Commissions tab, select Lodgements from the left hand panel.
- Highlight the Lodgement relevant to the loan. Refer to Lodge to Connective.
- Click New Commission Enquiry.
- Fill out the details of your enquiry and click Submit.
Note: If you are submitting an enquiry for ANZ Commercial, please advise the banker's details.
