Apply Online is created and maintained by a company called NextGen and is a third-party system which sits between Mercury and the Lender.
NOTE: It is not possible to log into Apply Online directly through their website. Your Apply Online account can only be accessed from Mercury
Each Lender liaises with Apply Online to determine application specifications, restrictions, and which of their products are available.
Any limitations in Apply Online are all put in place by the Lender, are completely separate from Mercury, and out of Connective's control.
- some lenders will not accept overseas addresses in their applications
- some lenders re-calculate the LVR on submission and will reject the application if it's too high
- some lenders will only allow products from the same "category" to be added to an application

If you still can't figure it out, submit a helpdesk ticket and we will either forward the issue to Apply Online, or assist where possible.
