This is a common issue that occurs when launching Apply Online. The error message is caused by too many cookies being stored in your browser history.
To delete your Browser History - Chrome
- Open your Chrome browser
- In the top right-hand corner, press 3 dots.
- From the drop-down menu, click the settings button.
- From the bottom of the settings menu, click Show Advanced options link
- Under Privacy, click Clear Browsing data button
- Change the Obliterate the following items from menu to the beginning of time.
- Un-tick all check-boxes, except for Cookies and other site plugin data.
- Click Clear browsing data button.
