Below is a list of all system-generated notification emails you may receive from Mercury, and the criteria that need to be set in order for you to receive them.
Connective Invoices
Company Directors receive these emails.
Commission Notifications from Lenders
Nominate the lenders for which you would like to be notified via email when we process a commission statement.

Every Statement: You will receive notification whenever we process a statement from that lender.

Only Relevant Statements: You will only receive a notification when the
statementhas an upfront commission that is allocated to you.

Notification of Commission Split changes
Commission Split changes are sent to the person who changed the split, as well as the Company Directors.
Refer to Splitting to Payees.
Notifications from Apply Online as your loan progresses
The person who submits the application to Apply Online will receive these email notifications.

Task date change
If you change the date of someone else's task within Mercury, you will be asked if you want to send them a notification of this.
Task created
If you create a task for someone else in Mercury, you will be asked if you want to send them notification of this.
Questionnaire completed by the client
If you are the broker or the admin against the Opportunity, you will receive an email notifying you when the client has completed a Questionnaire.
