Documents can be uploaded to a Person Record from the Attachments section. There is a document size limit of 10MB per document. Some characters are prohibited in the file name.
For large PDFs there are many websites which can be used to compress the file.
Uploading a document
- In the CRM tab, open the Opportunity or Person record.
- Select Attachments in the left-hand panel.
- Click Upload File - allows you to upload a file from your computer, or
- Click Attach From Library - prompts you to select a document from your Mercury document templates.
