When you first start using Mercury on a new computer or one that has been recently reset to factory, you may get an error message when trying to launch a third party application like Apply Online.
You will need set your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from Mercury.
- After attempting to launch Apply Online you will see the below error icon
- Right-click on the error icon
- Check always allow pop-ups from https://m5.connective.com.au box
- Click done button
