Mercury is a web-hosted application, meaning it is accessed via web browser.
Connective recommend using Chrome as your default browser. See the Making Chrome my Default Browser wiki article to learn more.
Logging into Mercury
Note: Mercury access from the following locations are blocked by default.
- China
- Hong Kong
- Russia
- Ukraine
To access Mercury from these locations, you will need to use VPN or remote into a computer in an allowed location.
To access Mercury 5 application, go to https://login.connective.com.au or https://m5.connective.com.au.
To access the new CRM platform, go directly to https://crm.connective.com.au/#/ or
https://apps.connective.com.au/#/ and click on CRM.
- Type in your CA# in the Connective ID field
- Type in your password in the password field
- Hit Login
If you have forgotten your password;
Note: In order to reset your password a verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number that you have registered in Mercury.
If you have not registered a mobile phone number in Mercury and you are a Principal Owner, then contact the Mercury Helpdesk at helpdesk@connective.com.au.
If you are not the Principal Owner, you will need to contact the Principal Owner or someone with Partner Level access who has the head account and can reset your password for you. To know more about it, you may check on I Forgot my Mercury Password wiki article.
- Click on the Forgot Password? link.
- Enter your CA# in the Connective ID field
- Enter your Email
- Click on the Next button
- Click on the Send me the SMS Code
- Enter the code in the Enter SMS Code field
- Click Submit
Note : You will not be able to login from Hong Kong, Russia, China or the Ukraine as the IP addresses from these nations are blocked for security reasons.
