When making a business loan referral via the Valiant dashboard you can select between two options, 'Call My Client' and 'Call Me First'.
- 'Call Me First' – If you want to manage your client communication and for Valiant to call you before getting in touch with your client, simply select 'Call Me First'.
- 'Call My Client' – Alternatively, if you would prefer Valiant’s lending specialists to work directly with your client from the get-go, select ‘Call My Client’.
It’s easy to keep on top of your referrals
No matter which option you choose, you are always kept in the loop. You can login to your dashboard at any time to check on your client’s progress in real-time.
You will also have access to your own Valiant BDM to help you along the way as well as complete transparency around who from Valiant is working on your client’s scenario at any given time.
