If you are finding contact data anomalies between Mercury and Digital Marketing Hub please follow these steps to manually re-trigger your data push.
- Access the Principal Owner’s Mercury account > CRM > Search in All People
- Filter the CRM to display all contacts that are currently assigned to DMH category
2a Select the ‘+’ symbol > Select ‘DMH’ option from the scroll down box > Select ‘True’
- Add filtered contacts to DMH
3a Select ‘DMH’ > ‘Add all to DMH’
You should soon start to see data from Mercury being updated in your Digital Marketing Hub.
