There have been some instances where a discrepancy in contact data between Mercury and Digital Marketing Hub has occurred. This article outlines simple steps to assist you in resolving the issue.
If you find contact data anomalies, such as contact details not updating between Mercury and the Digital Marketing Hub please follow these steps to re-trigger your data sync:
- Sign in to the Principal Owner’s Mercury account
- Click on the CRM tab
- Search in All People
- Filter the CRM to display all contacts currently assigned to Digital Marketing Hub as follows:
Select the + symbol
Select DMH option from the scroll down box
Select search icon
- Add filtered contacts to DMH by selecting DMH, then Add all to DMH
You should see up-to-date contact data in your Digital Marketing Hub within 1 hour.
