Creating an account with Connective Online Learning will be a different process depending on your access level, membership type and whether you are a new or existing member.
To access the training portal from Mercury just click the 'Online Learning' button via the Dashboard tab.
Existing ACL Holders and Admin Users
If you are not an ACL Holder or have an Admin Access level you will need to create an account in Connective Online Learning. To do this simply:
- Click on Create an Account
- Complete the sign-up form and click Sign up
Existing Connective Credit Representatives
If you are an existing Connective member and have been added to Connective Online Learning by Connective, you will receive an email from the portal with a first-time log in link.
- Open the Welcome Email
- At the bottom of the email, click on the first-time login link.
- You will be taken to Connective Online learning, where you will need to accept the portal Terms and Conditions.
- Create your Password and hit Set Password
- After your first log in to Mercury
All New Connective Members
If you are a new Connective member you will have been added to Connective Online Learning to complete training, and will receive 2 emails from the portal. The first email will contain your username, the second will contain your password.
- Open the Welcome Email
- At the bottom of the email, click on Connective Online Learning link. You will be taken to Connective Online Learning Login screen.
- Enter your username from the Welcome email
- Open the Password email and enter your password
- Hit Sign in
