To help us gather feedback from our pilot group, we have installed a special feature in all of the new applications. This features helps us to understand what's going on behind the scenes when something isn't working in the application.
How to log feedback
Logging feedback is easy.
- Click on the feedback button:
- Provide a title, your email and a description and use any one of the provided tools to highlight the issue:
- Hit send
What happens next?
The development team will receive the feedback and will begin triage of the issue. Once they've been able to effectively replicate the issue and understand what is occurring it can be raised to the best suited developer to find the route cause and resolve it.
