The Customer Centre is your client's view of your opportunity. It allows your client's to easily provide you with their personal information and supporting documentation, and complete questionnaires, as well as allowing you to send documents directly to your client for viewing and downloading.
The Customer Centre is secured using two-factor authentication so you can ensure your clients information is protected.
Enabling the Customer Centre for your Opportunity
When you enable the Customer Centre for an opportunity any data contained in your people and opportunity records will automatically be pushed into the Customer Centre. As your client updates this information it is sent back to your Mercury CRM in real time.
To enable the Customer Centre, open your opportunity navigate to the Customer Centre tab

Understanding each section in the Customer Centre
Applicants
All applicants on the opportunity will have their own sections to complete. However, they will be able to upload documents, complete questionnaires and provide any information of behalf of any other applicant that has also been enabled on the opportunity.
When providing access to applicants you must have at a minimum a name, email and mobile number for your applicants in their contact record. Their contact record will also need to be linked to the opportunity you are generating the Customer Centre from.
Only contacts listed as a Primary Applicant, an Applicant or a Guarantor can be provided with access the Customer Centre.
When you enable your applicant's on the Customer Centre tab the following information from your people and opportunity records can be collected through the Customer Centre:
- Personal details
- Contact details
- Addresses
- Employment
- Income
- Expenses
- Assets
- Liabilities
Questionnaires
Any questionnaire that that is attached to your opportunity can be made available in the Customer Centre. With the new questionnaires in Admin, you can also choose which section of the Customer Centre you wish for each module to be displayed in.

Doc Requests
Any doc request attached to your opportunity can be enabled in the Customer Centre. You can create a doc request from the doc requests tab or from the Doc Centre section.

Documents
Documents that are attached to the opportunity can be made available to your applicants for viewing and downloading from the summary page of the Customer Centre.
Note: Electronic signing of documents is not currently available.
