Send Questionnaires to your clients via Nexus so that your clients electronically provide you with the information for the opportunity.
Questionnaires can be used to gather important information about your client's and their loan requirements.
- If you have sent a Needs Analysis Questionnaire, the results will be added to the Preliminary Assessment document as Appendix A.
- You can merge the Questionnaire answers to a word document if required. Just highlight the Questionnaire and click the Merge Questionnaire button
- The email template is linked to the Questionnaire itself.
- You will not be able to edit Master Questionnaire.
- You will require both the email address and mobile number of the client in order to invite them to use Customer Centre where the Questionnaire is completed.
Creating a Questionnaire
- Click the Questionnaires section
- Select the Questionnaire you wish to email your clients by clicking on the button.
- Select the Questionnaire from the listing.
- Click the Choose button.
How to email the Questionnaire to the clients
- Select the Questionnaire.
- Click the Send Email button.
- Check the Invite checkbox for any applicable contacts.
- Click Send.
How to Print a Questionnaire
- Open your Opportunity and click on Questionnaires
- Highlight the Questionnaire and click Merge Questionnaire
- Select the merge template and click Choose.
