Lender back channel messages can be sent to multiple email addresses by adding Additional Email Addresses in Apply Online.
To do this, follow the steps below:
1. At the top right corner of Apply Online, click your initials then User Settings.
2. Click icon beside 'Your user settings':
3. Paste the email address, separated by comma if more than one. The click Save.
All back channel messages being sent to your account will also be sent to your additional email addresses from this point onwards.
