Interest in Advance
The following will be emailed via a back channel notification.
Please note: you will not receive any status/event notifications for ANZ Interest In Advance, Company, or Trust Applications.
Please submit all Supporting Documents including the completed Home Loan Application Form for this application to progress. Please contact ANZ directly to confirm application status.
Contact ANZ using the listed Lender Reference Number and the client's names.

The usual process to create a Trust application, would be to upload a manual application form and all supporting docs via ODS (online document submission). Once uploaded, you should receive an app number within 24 hours.
Online Document Submission
Please use the Online Document Submission (ODS) tool on ANZ Broker Portal. It is designed to enable you to submit supporting loan documentation easily and efficiently to ANZ.
The flexibility in the tools design and submission process enables you to upload documents for a new application submission, upload additional documents to support a loan application, or view/amend a set of previously uploaded and saved documents.
There are three easy steps:
- Add an application number
- Upload the documents you wish to submit, and
- Click the submit button
You will receive a confirmation of the submission from ANZ via e-mail. Key benefit of ODS is that it allows for multiple files uploads and each submission can be up to 25MB!
