The CRM App is where you manage your Opportunity and People records.
The Mercury Launcher button can be used to access other Apps in the platform. The current version is also listed in the top section.
This menu contains the following;
Current selected Branch - You will only see records located in the selected Branch.
Branch Selector - Use this to move between Branches or view All Branches.
Helpdesk - Use this to contact our various support teams Learn more
Report Bug - This option automatically captures some technical information and sends a ticket directly to the Mercury Helpdesk. This is a useful option for intermittent issues.
Ideas Portal - Use this option if you have a Feature Request or Suggestion for Improvement Access the Ideas Portal
Wiki - This opens the Connective Wiki Portal
Account Settings - This will open your Mercury Account details the Admin App
Settings - Open the Admin App CRM settings Learn more
Logout - This will log you out of Mercury Nexus
Hover the mouse over the left hand menu to expand.
Dashboard - This section is split into Workspace, Recent Opportunities and Tasks. Learn more
Opportunities - This is a view of all Opportunity records in the selected Branch. Learn more
Kanban - It is a visual representation of your Opportunity records and can be used to progress applications through the Opportunity statuses. Learn More
People - This is a view of all Person records in the selected Branch. Learn more
Companies - This is a view of all Company records in the selected Branch. Learn more
Tasks - This is a view of all Tasks in the selected Branch.
Doc Centre - This is a view of all Doc Centre requests in the selected Branch.
Inbox - This is your main Mercury Inbox where you can allocate emails to records.
Reports - This section contains some reporting tools for your Opportunity records. It contains Business Statistics, Settlement Reporting, Database Activity and Custom Reports. Learn more
