Workspace is a section of your CRM which can hold a number of Opportunities you want to keep an eye on. This feature is useful to save you time searching through the database for important Opportunities, or Opportunities you're accessing regularly.
Add to My Workspace
Open the Opportunity you want to add to Workspace.
Check My Workspace.In the CRM tab, select an Opportunity type and click on My Workspace.
Opportunities added the Workspace will then appear in the list.
Recent - This will list off the Opportunities from your selected Branch that your account has accessed starting from the most recently accessed.
Tasks - Tasks assigned to your account which are Due or Overdue will be listed. You can access the tasks by clicking them
