Records which are deleted in error can be restored back to your database. You can restore the following types of records.

Restoring items from the Mercury Recycle Bin
In the Admin App, select Data from the left-hand panel and click on Recycle Bin.
Select the type of record from the drop down that you are trying to restore.
- You can change the order of the records by clicking the column names. It might be easier to find a recently deleted record by sorting by the 'Deleted On' column descending.
Select the deleted item and click on Restore to return that item to your CRM.
Note: There is no option to permanently delete records from the Recycle Bin for Compliance reasons
