This article is for anyone that needs help to login to their Connective Property Tools account which is powered by CoreLogic.
We are using a single sign on process with CoreLogic though Mercury. Follow these steps to login to your Connective Property Tools account.
Step 1. Navigate to the "Property Tools" icon on the Mercury dashboard.
*Please note: If a login screen does not pop up and brings you to an info webpage it means you do not have a Connective Property Tools account active with Connective. If you would like to sign up click here
Step 2. Login using your username and password.
*Please note: In Mercury 5 your username is hardcoded as a your CA number, if your username is not your CA number please use Mercury Nexus to login.
If you forgot your username / password:
All login details are managed by CoreLogic.
Please use: https://access-api.corelogic.asia/access/loginPage.html to retrieve or reset your username / password.
Reset the password via RP Data professional login.
If this fails, request a link via ‘Forgot your username or password’
And then login to Nexus CoreLogic using the new password.
