Introducing Connective Elevate, funded by Bluestone
We’re excited to advise that from Monday, 16 November the Bluestone products will transition to the Connective Home Loans portfolio and will now be known as Connective Elevate.
This change is reflected in Mercury, so you will now see ‘Connective Elevate’ instead of ‘Bluestone’ and have access to a range of co-branded products and documents.
Together with Bluestone, we’re excited to start working with you to support the needs of your clients by introducing Connective Elevate - prime, near prime and specialist loan options to suit more of your clients, more often.
Connective Elevate exists to help more customers, more often. Our home loans span prime, near prime and specialist solutions, and offer a range of sought-after features, including case-by-case credit assessment with no system based scoring, up to 90% LVR with no LMI (Prime OO P&I), unlimited debt consolidation and flexible (alt doc) income verification. The majority of business is now written on our Prime product and we see ourselves as a genuine alternative to the major and second tier banks.
As a broker, you will benefit from ongoing training and support, best-in-class service delivery and direct access to our credit assessment team to help you help your customers more effectively.
We offer a range of excellent broker tools and calculators, such as our Online Credit Policy, that allows you to quickly search and understand specific areas of our policy, our postcode tool that ensures you have confidence around the security you are offering, our servicing calculator that is simple to use and accurate and our impairment selector that helps you to place clients with more complex credit history into the correct product.
Each and every one of your customers is unique, and that is why we assess every scenario on its individual merits. We don't stereotype - we genuinely try to understand the story of your customers so we can provide them with the best solution possible.
- Are the Connective Elevate products different to Bluestone?
No, the Connective Elevate products have the same great features, rates and service as the Bluestone products, but you will now have access to even better commissions.
We have increased the upfront commission for all Connective Elevate Prime products from 0.60% +GST to 0.65%
- Do I need to obtain accreditation for Connective Elevate?
If you are already accredited with Bluestone, you can start writing Connective Elevate loans immediately. Just look for the Connective Elevate icon within Mercury.
If are not already accredited with Bluestone, you can complete your Connective Elevate accreditation online using our self-serve online option.
- Can I still continue to write Bluestone loans?
Effective 16th Nov 2020, Bluestone is no longer located on the lender panel in Mercury. Instead, you’ll see Connective Elevate, which will allow you to access the same products, features and rates – it’s just a different name. However, we have increased the upfront commission as mentioned above in Q1.
