The Notification Centre provides a central location to see all the notifications you have subscribed to in the Admin App.
In Admin, you can choose to receive notifications related to the Customer Centre, Doc Centre, Opportunity Statuses and Tasks and choose the medium in which you receive them. In addition to this, you can also elect additional email addresses (such as an admin@ address) to receive notifications.
The opportunity also has a dedicated timeline, listing all the events that have occurred on the opportunity record.
All notifications you have subscribed to in Admin will be displayed in the Notification Centre. When a new notification comes through, a red number will appear on the notification bell in the top navigation. All notifications will be displayed in date order.
You can see what the notification is, when it was generated and what it relates to. You can also access the opportunity quick view slider from the notification centre.
You can access the notification timeline tab on an opportunity. All events and notifications related to the opportunity will appear here.
You can select whether to group notifications by date (and will appear in descending order) or by the notification type (after which point will also appear in ascending order).
You can also filter the notification type (tasks, customer centre, opportunity statuses).
In Admin > My Details > Notifications, you can elect which notifications they receive, and the medium in which you receive them.
In Admin > Partner Details > Notifications, you can add additional email addresses to receive notifications.
Note: If Customer Centre Progress Updated is selected you will receive an email for every change the client makes in Customer Centre
