Because we provide disclosure documents in Word format you can easily customise them to suit your own business circumstances. For example, you might be a new broker and you need to edit the lender mix disclosures because you haven’t received any commissions yet, or you might want to apply the look and feel of your own branding to your disclosure documents.
The sections below show you how to bring your own style to the documents you issue from Mercury and Nexus.
To customise your document templates:
1. Download the Master template from Admin>>Documents>>Merge Templates

Credit Guide and Privacy Consent:
For Connective credit representatives, this document will be required when conducting a credit check on behalf of your customer.
Credit Guide and Privacy Disclosure Statement:
If a credit check is not undertaken, please use this version of the Credit Guide.
Tagging has been included in the ‘Overview’ section of the Privacy Disclosure Statement that will pull across the details of the Full Member’s business entity name and ABN when generated.
Under ‘Your right’s’, we have included tagging that will populate you address details. Please review these details to ensure they are correct.
Connective credit representatives can also hard code this section via manually inserting the contact details for the Privacy Officer who is responsible for your business’s privacy related matters.
Once all the above sections have been completed save this version of your Credit Guide to a location which is easy to find.
