If you are an ACL holder, you will need to update and maintain your ACL contact details in Admin so they correctly populate onto your credit guide.
New to Connective
If you are new to Connective, your ACL contact information will have been collected at the onboarding stage. If these details change, you will need to update them via the Admin App.
Existing members will need to update their ACL contact details in the Admin app to ensure the information on the credit guide is populated correctly.
Editing your ACL contact information
- From the Admin App, click on Partner Details
- Under the ACL Entity Name, update the address, phone, email, and website for your ACL
