You know good contact management empowers your team to deliver a superior customer experience; but aligning team efforts can be challenging. People records in Mercury Nexus ensure everyone in your company has a full oversight of all current and prospective clients.
People records can be created from either the People section of your CRM, or from an Opportunity.
How do I add a new contact?
From People:
- Open the CRM App and select People from the main left-hand menu.
- Click on the + button to create a new person record.
- A new tab will open where you can fill in the relevant details.
NOTE: your People record won't be saved until you add some data in to it.
From an Opportunity:
- Open the CRM App and select Opportunities from the main left-hand menu.
- Open the relevant Opportunity.
- Select Contacts from the sub left-hand menu.
- Click + Add to create a new person record.
- A new tab will open where you can fill in the relevant details
Note: Your People record won't be saved until you add some data in to it.
