Keep track of your pipeline and manage all your sales opportunities from the same page. The Kanban provides a visual representation of Opportunity records, with the added bonus of drag and drop functionality allowing you to progress applications in seconds.
To access the Kanban, simply navigate to the main left-hand menu in the CRM app.
The Kanban displays your Opportunities in a series of columns, based on their statuses. Each status column will automatically display the first 25 Opportunity records for that status. You can scroll down to see more records. The total number of Opportunity records in that status, and volume of loan amount are also displayed in brackets at the top of the status column.

Can I manage opportunities from the Kanban?
The Kanban allows you to view Opportunities as they move through statuses, so that you can pin-point bottlenecks in your workflows and identify opportunities to generate more business. You can also manage opportunities from the Kanban. By dragging an Opportunity to a new column, you will progress its status and trigger any corresponding auto-actions you have in place, such as sending an email, SMS or creating a task.
You can also add notes to an opportunity or move it to another branch by expanding the three dot menu on the card.
