Not only do they save you time, but email templates also protect your brand reputation by keeping your emails on brand and error-free. A well designed email template increases customer engagement and aids in building effective customer relationship. Email templates can be applied anytime you send individual or bulk emails from within Mercury.
How do I use email templates?
- Open People from the CRM main left-hand menu.
- Select the record/s you wish to send an email to.
- Click Merge and choose
- Select either Email all or Email Selected.
- Click Choose Email Template
- Select the appropriate Email Template and click Choose.
- Click Merge to send the email to the selected Recipients
