Mercury Nexus is design to complement your processes, not complicate them. You can tailor the platform by adjusting features to suit your business needs. One such way is by selecting the Opportunity Types that are relevant to your business and eliminating those that are not.
Note. You will need Partner Level access to perform this task.
How do I change the Opportunity Types in Mercury Nexus?
You can enable or disable Opportunity Types via the Admin app. To do this:
- Open the Admin app.
- Select CRM Settings from the main left-hand menu.
- Use the checkboxes to enable or disable Opportunity Types.
- The checked types will be available to users when using Opportunity records.
Note: You will need to log out of Mercury Nexus for the change to take effect.
