Mercury Nexus eliminates time-consuming administration tasks. The built-in email functionality saves you the hassle of changing platforms and creates a single repository for all your client communications.
The Mercury Nexus inbox can be used in two ways:
- You can send an email to your unique Mercury Nexus email address and then allocate to an opportunity or person.
- You can email directly within Mercury using an email address specific to that opportunity or person record. The email will be stored automatically in the notes section of the opportunity or person record.
Where do I find my Mercury Nexus email address?
To access the Mercury Nexus inbox:
- Open the CRM app and select Inbox from the main left-hand menu.
- Navigate to the @Company Inbox Addresses button in the top right-hand corner. You will find a complete list of email addresses relevant to your business.
- Click the Copy to clickboard icon to copy your address.
