We know business practices change and staff come and go. For this reason, you can manage the recipient of Connective Invoices directly from Mercury Nexus.
How do I change the recipient of Connective invoices?
Simply identify who is currently receiving the invoices and log into their Mercury account. Once you have done this:
- Open the Admin App select My Details from the main left-hand menu.
- Update the email address.
- The invoices will now be sent to this address.
Note: Changing this email address for invoices will also change where this user's "password reset" emails, and other Mercury notifications are sent.
