Editing Rates in Product Comparison

You work hard to get the best outcome for your client and sometimes you may need to manually edit a rate or apply a discount to reflect this.

How do I edit a rate in a Product Comparison?

Once you have confirmed the rate with your Lender BDM:

1. Open the Research app and select Product Comparisons from the main left-hand menu.
2. Highlight and open the relevant calculation.
3. Click the Edit icon on the top right-hand corner of the product you want to change interest rates for.
4. Click the Rates drop-down to view the product rates.
5. Double click on the product rate to enable editing. Once the desired rate is set, click anywhere outside the rate field to save the changes.
